Meatloaf
1 Egg
1 kilo 90/10 Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Heinz Ketchup
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Tablespoons Chopped fresh Parsley
1/2 cup diced onion cooked
1 Teaspoon Ground Mustard
2 Teaspoons Salt
½ Teaspoon dried basil
½ Teaspoon dried Oregano
Glaze
¼ cup ketchup
½ Teaspoon dried basil
½ Teaspoon dried Oregano
Preheat Oven to 190 degrees C. Combine egg, beef, ketchup, bread crumbs, parsley, onion, mustard, and salt. Do not over mix.
Shape into loaf in place in bread pan. Combine ¼ cup ketchup, basil and oregano. Spoon over loaf, bake 60 minutes or until 75 degrees C. on meat thermometer.
