1-1/2 cups warm water
1 tsp. Sugar
1 pkt instant dry yeast (14g)
4 Cups (480 g.) Flour
2 tsp. kosher salt
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Put the dry ingredients in the stand mixer fitted with a
dough hook. Make a well and pour in the warm water and oil.
Mix on low until the dough forms a soft ball.
Oil the dough and cover the bowl with a towel.
Put in a warm place. Allow to rise an hour.
Makes two large pizzas.
