2 tbsp olive oil
1 kilo beef, sliced very thin
2 bell peppers (red and green), cut into 1 cm strips
1 large yellow onion, cut into 1 cm rings
450 grams mushrooms, sliced
200 grams mozerella cheese, sliced
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp oregano
Preheat oven to 250 degrees C.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute mushrooms until
browned and season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and set
aside. Saute peppers and onions until browned, and season with salt
and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside. Saute beef until lightly
browned. and season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked vegetables
back int the pan, and remove from heat.
Divide beef mixture into 4 buns. Top with cheese, and sprinkle with
oregano. Place sandwiches on a lined baking pan.
Heat sandwiches in preheated oven, until cheese is melted and slightly
browned.
