untreated cedar planks
Marinade:
⅓ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 ½ tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
salmon fillets, skin removed
Soak the cedar planks.
Make the marinade.
Marinade the salmon for 15 minutes-1 hour
Grill the planks until they start to smoke and crackle.
Place the salmon on the planks, close the grill, and grill until the salmon is flaky.
