225g salted butter
100g sugar
340g all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour until in just comes together.
Sprinkle board with the remaining flour. Knead for 5 minutes,
adding enough flour to make a soft dough. Roll to 2 cm thickness. Cut into 3x1 inch strips or cut into shapes. Prick with fork and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
