315 grams AP flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
200 grams butter (softened)
150 grams sugar
150 grams brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
350 grams of chocolate chopped
Preheat oven to 180 C
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and the two sugars.
Add the vanilla extract. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chunks.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
