120 Grams fresh kale chopped roughly
olive oil to lightly coat
garlic powder (optional)

Preheat the oven to 200°C
Place the kale leaves on baking sheet. Sprinkle with olive oil spray and sprinkle lightly with salt and garlic powder. Scrunch lightly with hands to coat.
Bake in the oven until crispy, 5 to 7 minutes.
