250 grams fresh fettuccine 70 grams bacon
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
1 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Cook pasta according to package. Chop bacon into lardons. Cook until crisp. remove from pan. Add garlic to the drippings and sprinkle in flour. cook for 1 minute stirring constantly with a whisk. Gradually add milk stirring constantly until thick. Add cheese. Add hot pasta to the pan. sprinkle with bacon, parsley and pepper.
