3 Tablespoons neutral oil
450 g Peeled shrimp size 8-12
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Chopped parsley
Add oil to a pan on medium heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
When the oil is hot, add the shrimp. Cook each side. When they’re done remove and reserve. Discard any excess oil.
Turn the heat down to medium low. Add the butter. Add minced garlic. Fry until its fragrant or turns a light blonde color. Add the wine and let it reduce until almost dry.
Next add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese and continue to reduce. When the sauce is at your desired consistency season with salt and red pepper flakes to taste. Finish with the chopped parsley and the cooked
shrimp. Serve hot over pasta or alone with a toasted baguette with more chopped parsley and red pepper flakes.
