4 Tablespoons (56 g.) Butter (melted)
4 Tablespoons (50 g.) Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons (24 g.) White Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
3/4 cup (90 g.) Flour
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
25 g . Dark Chocolate bar (70-85%) Chopped
25 g. Walnut pieces, chopped
Make the dough right in the sauce pan!
In a sauce pan, melt the butter. Add the sugars and whisk smooth. When the mixture is cool enough that it wont cook the egg, add the egg yolk, vanilla and salt and whisk well. Add the flour, baking soda, chocolate chunks and nuts.
If you don't bake them right away, spoon on to plastic wrap and make a small log. Chill.
Preheat your air fryer to 175 degrees C. Line the air fryer rack with parchment paper. Put about 2 tablespoons of cookie dough on the parchment paper leaving space around the dough for air flow. Bake until golden brown, 5-7 minutes. Let cool 3-5 minutes to set.
