400 grams frozen peas
1 tablespoons butter
water to cover peas
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped mint,
basil or sage
1/4 cup heavy cream
Place peas and water in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Cook, stirring often, until peas are thawed and soft. Remove from heat and strain. Put peas, butter, herbs, cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
