¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup orange juice
3 tablespoons tomato paste
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup raisins
½ cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
In a saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and whisk them until homogeneous.
Cook on medium heat for 25–30 minutes, until the sauce reaches your desired thickness.
Pass the sauce through a sieve to remove the raisins.
Use as needed.
