2800 g crushed tomatoes
1000 g tomato sauce
2 cups chopped sweet yellow onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
6 chopped jalapenos (seeded)
6 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp pepper
Salt to taste
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
150 g. tomato paste
Chop vegetables very fine. Mix all ingredients, bring to a boil, simmer for 90 minutes.
