3 cups ketchup (720 g)
½ cup molasses (168 g)
¼ cup brown sugar packed (55 g)
2 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce
5 teaspoons Liquid Smoke (25 ml, 12 g)
2 teaspoons Worchester Sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried mustard
Combine all ingredients into a medium size sauce pan and whisk together. Cook the sauce on stove on medium heat for 10 minutes to dissolve sugar. Can be used immediately or be stored in the fridge for up to a month.
