3 yellow potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp chopped paprika
¼ cup grated parmesan
3 tbsp corn starch
½ cup bacon bits
Peel your potatoes and cut them into cubes.
3 yellow potatoes
Cook in boiling hot water for 10-15 minutes or until fully tender.
Mash them until smooth.
Season with remaining seasonings, parsley, parmesan, cornstarch, and bacon bits. Mix well.

Roll the mashed potato mixture into your desired ball size. I like them about 1 inch in diameter.
Fry at 175C for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with more parmesan, parsley, and bacon.
